Education is increasingly becoming a high-stress career. The pressure to perform and meet the ever-changing needs of education stakeholders has all too often resulted in teachers striving to achieve at the considerable expense of their own wellbeing. This has led to burnout, an increase in staff absence and retention issues.

This event is delivered over four separate two hour modules and provides invaluable guidance and easy-to-implement strategies to create a whole-school culture that prioritises staff wellbeing, that is integral to ensuring effective teaching and support.
