Richard has more than 30 years' experience of working in schools. He has 12 years' experience as a head and deputy headteacher, and for the past seven years he has been providing school improvement advice to a wide range of primary, secondary and all through schools.
Richard provides leadership coaching to middle and senior leaders and works as a school improvement partner in secondary and primary schools.
