Donna Westwood

Development coach, facilitator and writer

Donna is a highly skilled and dynamic facilitator, development coach and course writer with extensive skills, knowledge and expertise in continuing professional development, leadership development, coaching and resource writing. She has worked in secondary education for 23 years, 15 of those as a senior leader in schools in challenging circumstances.

She currently works as a development coach supporting middle leaders working in challenging contexts to develop their leadership skills knowledge and expertise.

Dr Sharon Williams

Sharon has worked for over 33 years in secondary education. Most recently as a Vice Principal in charge of Teaching and Learning. She wholeheartedly believes that an interactive questioning style and planned collaborative learning enables students to articulate their learning – thus both embedding new knowledge and understanding how to recall it as necessary.
