Matthew Wheeler 

Business Manager, Bordesley Green Girls' School

Matthew Clements-Wheeler is the Business Manager and (job-share) Deputy Head at the ‘outstanding’ Bordesley Green Girls' School in Birmingham. He is a Fellow and trustee of the National Association of School Business Management and led the creation of the new standards for SBMs. Matthew has delivered training for SBMs and headteachers across the UK and internationally. He has a previously worked in both ‘special measures’ schools and high-performing grammar schools as well as serving on local academy boards for both the Ormiston and AET chains.


Tracey Gray

Director of Support, Walbottle Campus

Tracey has a Masters in Professional Practice, Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Development and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Educational Studies.  Tracey is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and a Fellow of the National Association of School Business Management [NASBM].  Tracey is a qualified ILM Coach and received a national award of Distinction as School Business Manager from NASBM in 2009.  Tracey took on the role Chair of Trustees of NASBM in May 2013.  Tracey is on the Committee for Schools North East representing NASBM and Newcastle Secondary Schools.
