Julie McGrane is Director of Leading Learning (Education) Ltd. Julie started her career as a teacher before working for the National College for School Leadership as a network consultant. Julie’s clients include individual schools, leadership teams, networks as well as other educational and third sector organisations. Julie observes in schools in a wide variety of capacities and works with them as they innovate. She is absolutely committed to helping young people have the very best experience of learning. Julie is author of a variety of publications including Engaging Parents Toolkit (2008) and Developing Outstanding Teaching. She is also a visiting fellow at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
