The purpose of this final unit is to enable those who attended the four training sessions to revisit the key points, refresh their memories and reflect on what has changed as a result of the training.

This is part of the strategy for turning training into culture change. This review is intended to take place between six months and a year after the training.

AIMS AND OUTCOMES

Particpants will:

  • revisit the key points of the four units about effective lesson planning​
  • reflect on how your practice has changed as a result​
  • identify future training needs and opportunities to share good practice​
  • see the training in the context of the school’s development plan and self-evaluation.
