This course inspires primary school leaders to consider the purpose and content of careers-relating learning for their pupils. It offers useful frameworks and practical ideas for planning and resourcing careers-related learning that is appropriate and relevant for KS1–KS2 pupils.

Please note: Parts of this course reference the CDI Framework for careers, employability and enterprise education (2020). The CDI launched a new framework for Key Stages 3, 4 and Post-16 in April 2021, and has indicated that it intends to follow this with a version for Primary schools in autumn 2021. This course will be updated accordingly when the Primary school version is published.
