Mike Crossley
Mike Crossley is a serving head with significant pastoral experience spanning 25 years of senior management. He is a qualified and experienced MHFA Youth instructor, trained Designated Mental Health Lead and currently leader of a school who hold the highly regarded Wellbeing Award for Schools (WAS) from Optimus plus the Forest Schools association (FSA) award, where outdoor learning takes place weekly for children from nursery age to Year 6. Mike is also an ISI inspector, experienced trainer and presenter and also holds the NPQH in addition to being a highly qualified executive coach and mentor.
