Adam Smith
Adam Smith is an experienced teacher, having worked in both mainstream and special schools since graduating in 1994.
After relocating to Northern Ireland in 2000, he has worked in many special schools catering for children and young people with severe and moderate learning difficulties, physical disabilities and associated learning difficulties.
He has also worked in a school for visually impaired and Deaf students. He has been a principal, vice-principal, behaviour support teacher and Intermediate/advanced Team Teach trainer.
He empowers others and himself to consider their own behaviour and language to best meet the needs of pupils.
