Conflict is an inevitable part of relationships. As a manager it is important to understand the common causes of conflict along with how best to resolve the issues facing team members.
Using transactional analysis techniques, you will be able to understand the certain 'roles' that are at play within a conflict. By understanding these roles you will be able to communicate more effectively with the participants within the conflict circle in order to resolve the issues facing the individuals without the conflict escalating and ensuring that all parties feel valued, understood and listened to.
