Forced marriage to become a criminal offence

In 2012 the prime minister announced the government's intention to make it a criminal act to force someone into marriage. The debate about whether or not to create a specific criminal offence in respect of forced marriage had been going on for a number of years. Jenni Whitehead discusses the issues for schools
