Onwards and Upwards 

Hannah Bingham and Tom Wallace (Senior HR Consultants, Browne Jacobson LLP) will lead the first session of this masterclass. The past 12 months has put unprecedented constraints on both time and resource in schools. With the prospect of restrictions being lifted and the welcomed reintegration of children back into schools, this session will focus on key HR and Employee Relation matters that may not have been tackled whilst in the throes of the pandemic. • absence management considering 'long COVID' and other contributing factors following the pandemic
