Bradley Busch is a registered Psychologist and Director at InnerDrive. Having worked with over 300 schools, he is one of the leading experts on how to use psychological research to help improve learning, memory, motivation and performance. He has written two blogs for The Guardian and The Telegraph and is the co-author of the best selling book ‘The Science of Learning’. Bob Cox, a teacher for 23 years, has presented ideas about high quality learning and English for many years at regional, national and international conferences in his role as education consultant. Kate Jones, Teaching and Learning Lead, InnerDrive

Kate Jones is Teaching and Learning Lead with InnerDrive and a former teacher of history and Head of Department. In addition to her teaching and leadership roles, Kate is the author of six books published with John Catt Educational, including the Retrieval Practice series. Kate is also a regular writer for the TES and HWRK magazines. Kate has spoken at various educational events and conferences around the world including in Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Middle East and Europe. Kate is very proud to be an ambassador for Winston's Wish. Winston's Wish is a bereavement charity that supports grieving children, families and schools.


Anoara Mughal, Founder, Inspire Metacognition

Anoara is an experienced school leader and teacher, who is passionate about closing the disadvantage gap. She has worked in primary schools in East London for 15 years, leading a number of whole school areas and she passed the NPQH in 2020. Passionate about women leading in education, Anoara is a Regional Leader @WomenEdLondon. She has written online articles for a number of organisations including The Chartered College of Teaching.
