#oeRSE

Why is this conference relevant?

From a Netflix series on the subject, to the controversy surrounding the ‘No Outsiders’ programme, the topic of RSE has been in the media a lot over the course of this previous year, and for good reason.

From 2020 sex, relationships and health education will be mandatory for all secondary schools. While the latter two topics will have to be included in all primary school curriculums.

Regardless of your schools age-range or faith this conference hosts a variety of workshops that will help you deliver age appropriate RSE in your school and support the positive and healthy development of your student.

What can I expect?

You can expect in-depth keynotes with leading experts and a choice of practical workshops including:

  • develop an RSE curriculum that introduces your students to relationship education in an age-appropriate way
  • hear the latest Ofsted guidance to help you drive improvement in the teaching of RSE
  • gain guidance on promoting LGBTQ+ inclusivity
  • build teachers confidence in delivering RSE
