Making changes to maintained schools: new regulations

The School Organisation (Prescribed Alterations to Maintained Schools) (England) Regulations 2007 have been replaced by new regulations, which came into force in January. Below, Vicki Hair, a charity lawyer at Browne Jacobson, offers an overview of the new regulations
