How do I use Ask the Expert?

All members get access to the Ask the Expert service and can get advice from our panel of experts on how to deal with challenging situations.

How to ask a question

1. Go to the Leadership and Governance homepage and navigate to the bottom right hand block YOUR QUESTIONS - EXPERT ANSWERS
2. Click on the featured question

3. Click on the orange ASK A QUESTION button in the top right hand corner of the question/answer page:

4. You will now see a chat box pop-up and asked to start a conversation. Submit your question via the chatbox. Your question will be passed to the relevant expert panelist to answer.
